not provide traffic to Websites that encourage illegal activity or racism, or websites
that are deemed, by our administration, to be offensive or inappropriate. We reserve the
right to determine what is inappropriate or offensive.
There can be NO additional pop windows on your site for the popunder orders. This includes
popups, popunders, exit windows and all kind of Java alerts etc.
There can be no music/sound on the advertised page, this would interfere with the main
page that your ad will open behind (pop behind).
We also do not accept adult or warez advertising, illegal music
downloading, illegal scams or chain letter sites.
JPE Advertising cannot be held
responsible for factors beyond our control that may interfere with our ability to deliver
visitors to your URL. Such factors include, but are not limited to: downtime on your
server, overuse of your bandwidth quota (if applicable), errors on your site and network
outages beyond our servers. Please contact your web hosting company or network provider if
you are unsure about whether your hosting account is sufficient for the program you are
ordering.
JM Marketing is a delivery agent. We specialize in getting quality people to your website.
It is not our job to get signups or sales for you. That is beyond our control and depends
on factors such as website sales copy, page loading speed, page navigation, market demand
for your product, service, or opportunity etc.This Agreement is the entire agreement between
you and JPE Advertising and supersedes any other understandings or agreements, including,
but not limited to, advertising with respect to the package. |
